- A “One Stop” place to gather funds/write grants and coordinate and recruit volunteers
- Organize retired volunteers through organizations like SCORE (Senior Corp of Retired Executives)
- Coordinate community beautification activities
- Community clean-up and meet your neighbor’s days
- Create a “street sponsored” program/ block watch
- Teams to educate in different areas: (Car maintenance, business plans, personal finance, life skills, job skills, why buy locally)
- Local Micro bank-Business Loan Assistance Program ($400-500)
- Develop youth mentoring-all ages-different approaches, career counseling, interviewing skills/work ethics/attend events (big brother/big sister concept)
- Healthcare through the “Healthcare Tricounty” program
- Promote tourism and appreciation of natural beauty of area
