Sunny Acres Senior Housing is a USDA Rural Housing Service subsidized housing complex for low-income, elderly, disabled or handicapped persons.
We take applications for a waiting list.
We are an Equal Opportunity Housing complex.

- Landlord is Senior Citizens of Chewelah Valley Board of Directors, consisting of 10 persons.
- Manager is Rebecca Blankinship

- 48 apartments for seniors over 62 or disabled.
- 44 units of subsidized rent for low income seniors.
- 4 units at full rent
- One and two bedroom units
- Laundry facilities on site
- Water, Garbage and Sewer is paid by landlord. Tenant pays for Electricity.
- Small pets are allowed with $100.00 deposit, must be spayed or neutered, cats must be declawed.
- Security deposit is $250.00
